Defending Ukraine from Russian invaders, boxing judge Elchin Muradov gave his life.
Born on October 18, 1980, Elchin’s true passion in life was boxing. In peaceful times, he was an international-category referee and the chief judge for Kyiv. He constantly improved himself in this field and mentored young referees.
When the full-scale invasion began, Elchin immediately enlisted to defend Ukraine. He served as the deputy company commander for fire support in military unit A7320. He remained loyal to his military oath and the Ukrainian people, bravely defending them in the fiercest areas of the front.
