During one of Russia’s most massive attack on the territory of Ukraine, which took away more than 30 lives only in Kyiv, former football player Victoria Kotlyarova and her mother were killed.
Her maiden name is Chornovil. With this name she is remembered in the football world. She studied at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, majoring in Physical Education, and played for her university’s team. She was the champion of the Kyiv Futsal Cup among students and won the Dynamo Student League tournament.
Viktoriia also played in the Ukrainian Premier League Women’s Football Championship, the Ukrainian Premier League Women’s Winter Cup, and the IV Ukrainian Women’s Winter Championship. During her career, she has played for «Spartak» Chernihiv, «Yatran» Uman and «Atex» Kyiv.
