Floorballer Viktor Katanchyk died on March 15, who was injured seriously during the rocket attack on the city by the Russian military.
The boy was a student of the Tavriia State Agricultural Technological University and a student of “Skala” floorball club.
On February 25, during the Russian missile attack on Melitopol, the missile exploded over Victor’s house. The boy received numerous injuries from the fragments of the rocket and was taken to a local hospital, where he was operated on. However, for further recovery, Viktor had to be hospitalized at the capital’s neurosurgery clinic, which turned out to be impossible. Doctors fought for his life for two weeks. On March 15, Victor’s heart stopped.
